Cannot delete active ip route

I'm trying to setup Cisco SLB on Windows Server 2003. I have to delete one
active ip route from a lookpack device.
route delete 192.0.0.0 192.168.0.1 => route does not exists

can anyone tell me how to delete a active route?

You can only delete "static routes" that you manually added. All other
route table contents are "auto generated" at bootup based on the machines
"network settings". Correct network settings produce a correct routing
table , but obviously incorrect of improper network settings produce an
incorrect routng table.
