Cannot delete a file

I have C:\AAAARMV\My Pictures NOT PREVIOUSLY
and cannot delete the file nor the directory, not even in safe mode.
It say cannot read the data.

How do I get rid of this. It seems to be a link to a file that does
not exist. I just want to trash it..
