cannot customize Outlook Today

I have Outlook 2000. I cannot customize the view. When I
click on the "customize outlook" button nothing happens.
I am also using Beyond Contacts for my Palm, and have
Plaxo. Do these interfere with my ability to customize?
Your help is greatly appreciated.

I accessed the link, below, you gave me, but the "Ads by
Google" are covering up part of the instructions and will
not move. When I try to "contact us" to let (you?) know
the link gives me a blank page.
