cannot copy temporary internet files

i am a novice and need to copy all the info on my computer
for a fresh re-install and1GB of ram.i try to copy the
folders and it tells me cannot copy this_ it happens on
every folder.can anyone help
 
Don't copy the Temporary Internet Folders.

They are not needed and are just overhead for a backup.
