Cannot copy songs from CD to comp

Whenever I go to copy from CD, then press "copy", it
starts copying the song then says "windows media player
has encountered an unknown error". It will then go to the
next song and do the same thing until all of the songs
are done, however, none of them have even been copied.
If you can, please resond to my email address.

If you are trying to rip CDs, avoid WMP and use CDex. It's very easy to use.
Get it free at http://www.cdex.n3.net/
 
I had the same problem and couldn't figure it out. I
downloaded and re-installed windows media player and I
don't have the problem anymore. I don't know why this
problem occurred in the first place, but re-installation
solved it.
