cannot copy and paste to a mapped drive

Hi

I can mapped a drive to another computer on my home
network but cannot copy and paste. The message says to
check the security settings.

what security settings?

You need change share permissions and read/list/execute/write ntfs permissions to
paste to a share/folder and read permissions to copy from. The procedure may be
different depending on if you are using XP Pro or Home and how they are configured.
