cannot connect

whenever i try to open an icon or internet explorer it
will not open, an error box pops up and says cannot find
file name. i did run a virus check through housecall it
found 1 uncleanable virus the trojan. what can i do

We can probably assist you a bit more effectively if you will provide the name
of the trojan.
