After rebooting, I can't connect to dsl. Internet connection wizard carries me through to last step where it will not accept password. Bellsouth says it is a program (2000) problem.
Asked and answered daily - check existing posts with "password" in the
Subject line. After resetting your password, create a second admin account
and lock its password away. You need at least two such accounts, same as you
need at least two sets of keys for your car!

Don't use the Internet Connection Wizard. Try to fire up the DSL software and answer the prompts to get connected. Once you are showing as receiving packets you should be good to go.
Start by verifying that you are getting a valid IP address by opening a
command window and typing "ipconfig /all". Check the IP address, default
gateway and dns servers.
