Cannot connect one computer on network

I'm running a home network with four computers, three hard wired and one
wireless. All computers have Win XP Sp2 and the router is Linksys BEFW11S4.
I have got all computers except one to connect together just fine. The one
that won't connect just comes back with an error saying the network is not
accessable when I click the "View Workgroup Computers". I have reset the
router, changed the network name and run the network setup wizard countless
times and nothing works. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

If you have a wireless LAN, a browser conflict is a good possibility, and
"...network not accessible..." is consistent with that. Start by running
browstat on all computers.

After running the Browstat utility on the computer that doesn't connect it
returns the following message:
"Browsing is NOT active on domain. Master Name cannot be determined from
GetAdapterStatus"
On the computer that is the wireless it says it is the master browser
indicates Browsing is active, returns the name of the computer and says
there are two servers. One of the other computers has an error saying it
can't connect to the registery.

It's all over my head.

Does the problem computer connect to anything? Try troubleshooting the problem:

It sounds like you have two problems. The wireless computer is involved in a
master browser conflict. Without seeing ipconfig and browstat logs, I'm
guessing that you also have a connectivity problem too, so try troubleshooting
the problem computer.
