My IE6 homepage has been set to http://files/Internet Explorer/IEXPLORE.EXE
for quite some time. This happened after a microsoft update and I cannot
seem to get the homepage to change by going through the Internet Options. I
currently have my homepage set to something else, yet IE always opens to the
address above and then cannot detect the network settings for this address.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Also, all of my internet addresses in the scroll down bar start with:
http://ehttp.cc/?www Is this something to be concerned about?

When all else fails, HijackThis v1.99.1
(http://aumha.net/downloads/hijackthis.zip) is the preferred tool to use.
It will help you to both identify and
remove any hijackware/spyware. **Post your log to

Hope this helps.

Regarding the weird additions, you probably need to adjust your registry
settings - check all settings mentioned at these URLs:
