I have a problem that I would like to know if there is a
fix for: When I am using my Media Center and tries to
change TV+channel to a number that has 2 same digits, it
wont change to that channel. As an example: Enter 331,
becomes 31. Enter 888 becomes 8. Enter 166 becomes 16.
Is there a way to set the delay for the number sending of
the IR??

See if disabling debounce helps you.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\HidIr\Remotes\745a17a0-
74d3-11d0-b6fe-00a0c90f57da]

There is a DWORD key called "EnableDebounce". By default it is set to
1. Set it to 0 to disable debouncing.

Reboot the computer to have this registry change take effect.
