Let me be more specific: I cannot change the address in
the IE Address Bar when it is launched from another page.
Example when I open a new browser to my homepage i can
click on the address bar back out www.msn.com and then
type any address and go successfully there.
If I click on an article link on the home page, it opens a
new window and the article displays, all the links on that
sub-page work just fine but the www.msn.com is still
displayed in the address bar and I cannot change it in any
way.
If anyone knows of this issue, please relay the info. I
have searched the MS Knowledge base and have found nothing
