I am unable to access my e-mail account via MS Outlook.
When I try, I get a message saying "Your MS Exchange
Server is unavailable." I am directly connected to the
Internet via a cable modem and have no problems accessing
the Internet Explorer. Anyone have any ideas as to how I
can correct this problem?

What version of Outlook are you using?
(Select the HELP menu then ABOUT MICROSOFT
OUTLOOK)

I am using MS Outlook 2002. I forgot to mention that I
had no previous problems accessing my e-mail--it had been
working until about a week ago. Thanks.

Have you checked with your Exchange Administrator?

The worm that hit caused many changes that may have
caused this. (Port blocking, VPN, etc.)

How do I know who my Exchange Administrator is?
Thanks.

Who provides your email for you? Work, or Cox, or
Earthlink, etc...?
