Cannot access my second hard drive

I recently built a new computer for myself, and when I attempted to use my
old hard drive as the Master for the new system, it would not recognize the
hardware (64 bit AMD). So I bought a new hard drive and installed a fresh
copy of Windows XP Pro on it and slaved the old hard drive, also running XP
Pro, to it. Now I am unable to access files on the old hard drive because it
says I do not have access to the files because I am not the Administrator.
Both hard drives are running the same version of XP Pro, have the same names
and passwords for both of them. How can I get rid of this security feature?
