cannot access internet

Problems yesterday could not access server because (password etc.) not
valid. Restored and got over that problem today and can now connect to server
but not the internet - everything freezes - can't even get task manager. Any
advice for a "babe in arms"?

Unfortunately, you haven't included any useful information in your post,
so you can't get a specific answer. It could be caused by software or
hardware; there is no way of telling from what you wrote. Go here to
