Cannot access internet after upgrading to active direcory / AD integrated DNS

I just upgraded a WinNT domain to AD. I'm using active
directory integrated DNS with a forwarder. WinNT and XP
clients are configured to use DNS and WINS. For some
reason only administrators can access the internet. I'm
guessing this has something to do with read access to dns.
Anyone experience this before, know a solution?

Thanks.

Strange, I don't know why aticle didn't show up in my
searches.
But unfortunately the clients are WinXP Pro, not Win2000
SP3 so I don't think it applies. Any other ideas?
Thanks.

Sorry, no.

Is there a GPO on the user's OU restricting services or anything at all?
I do have a link for XP about admins not being able to run Windows Update,
but don;'t think that applies here.

How about anything in the Local Security Policy or the Local Group Policy on
the client?

When you upgraded, were there any System Policies in place? If so, do they
still exist in NETLOGON or did you upgrade them using gppolmig?

I guess what I;m asking is if you can think of anything that was done that
is NOT default....even the slightest thing.

Do you ISA or Proxy server?
