Cannot access drives other than 'c'

I recently upgraded from Win 2000 pro to Win ZP pro with SP2. While using
Win2000 i started experiencing problems accessing other drives. I installed a
new hard drive and use the old one as a slave. The new hard drive had WinZP.
I now have the same problems accessing my CD drive and camera drive.
Ive tried restoring to a date when I didnt have the problem without success.
What can I now do?

You'll need to access the BIOS to activate your "A" and possibly "D" and/or
"E" drives.
