Cannot Access Banking Websites

Hello,

I am not able to access my banking website. I get the home
page and when i click on Internet Banking link I get page
cannot be displayed error message.

I have tried the SSL think, HTTP settings and even
regsvr32 softpub.dll and all have failed.

One thing that I have noticed is I see the IE as 56bit
encryption and not as 128bit even though I have installed
IE 6 SP1 twice.


What can be the issue. Any help on this is muchly
appreciated.

You haven't disclosed your OS. There is more to the repair
than just that one .dll.
