I have just installed a new hard drive on my machine and re-installed
WinXP. I was trying to install some software and it told me it
couldn't create a file under:
C:\Documents and Settings\Rob\Application Data
I have tried logging on to all the accounts (including
Administrator)on my system and still get the error. If I try to
access the folder from Windows Explorer, I get:
C:\Documents and Settings\Rob\Application Data is not accessible.
Access is denied.
Does anyone have any idea as to what could have happened?
