Cancel Calendar Popup

I am using a calendar control on a form and would like to find a way to
cancel or not choose a value and just close the calendar window because
sometimes the users will select the calendar by accident. Currently, in
order to close the calendar, they must choose a date and then delete the date
out of the form field that it is linked to.

You may find it easier to use a little Access form instead of the ActiveX
control. There's one here:

It not only avoids this issue, but solves a range of other versioning
problems.
