You cannot have multiple people editing a document simultaneously.
You can have multiple documents incorporated into a single one using
IncludeText fields. Give each of your contributors his/her own Q & A
document. Use includeText fields to bring them into the main document.
Update the fields regularly. Won't work, though, if they are answering each
other's questions.
