Can you share an Access template for building maintenace?

I am looking for an application of Access that records apartment/condo
mechanical, electrical, and plumbing maintenance and component failures to
develop a preventive maintenance plan.

It's very unlikely that anyone has a customized database with this
specific set of requirements. It would be easy enough to develop one
yourself, or you could hire it done.

You might want to post this request in the tablesdbdesign newsgroup
though; this is a lower traffic group (specifically for writing VBA
code to add bells and whistles to existing databases).
