Can you purchase Outlook 2007 Business Contact Manager separately?

Is it possible to purchase Outlook 2007 Business Contact Manager separately?
I work for a small nonprofit and we can get a version of MS Office 2007 very
inexpensively, but it does not have the Business Contact Manager included.

Hi Mark,

this is not possible. The BCM is only available in special versions of
Office 2003/2007.
