Can you make it possible to hide the "Favorite Folders" pane?

I would like for it to be possible to hide or remove the "Favorite Folders"
pane. This would allow more room to view the rest of my folder directory.

Can't be done on the Mail Folders screen. You could try using the Folder
List screen.
