Can you do rollover effects on organization charts in Word XP?

I have an organization chart for Microsoft Word. I want to do a rollover
effect on the individual blocks so that it pops up more infor than what's
visible. Is that possible? Basically the same thing you can do with the cells
in excel with the insert comments option.

Not really, no. Word does have a comments feature, but it's not available for
text in the graphics layer (such as an Organization chart or anything from the
Drawing toolbar). Nor does Word expose any types of "mouse over" events in the
programming interface.

Closest you could get would be to "hijack" the right-click or the double-click.
