Hi

I am using a filter to find all the records where Project Type = Asbestos
Survey.

However, iv made the field into a list box, as i understand that if somebody
incorrectly spelt Asbestos for example, it would not display in the form.

I therefore need to create a filter on a list box, is this possible, or are
there other solutions???

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks, mike

Michael,

Just amend the ListBox's RowSource property. If it is currently set to the
name of a table, for argument's sake let's say tblMyTable, then change the
RowSource as follows:
SELECT Field1, Field2 FROM tblMyTable WHERE Field3 = 123
