I understand that you want to remove Recycle Bin icon from the desktop.
I agree with Jerry and Wesley, you can use Tweak UI to achieve this goal.
Important: This post contains information about modifying the registry.
Before you modify the registry, make sure to back it up and make sure that
you understand how to restore the registry if a problem occurs. For
information about how to back up, restore, and edit the registry, click the

You can also modify the registry to remove it.
1. Click Start->Run...->type Regedit and press Enter
2. Navigate and remove the following key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Deskto
p\NameSpace\{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}
3. Refresh your desktop; the Recycle Bin icon will be disappeared.
