Can someone tell me why my MP3 player wont get accepted by Windows

It was working properly, then things just stopped working and now my computer
wont pick it up. It says Found New Harware, but it wont connect.

Have you tried contacting the manufacturer of your MP3 player? Maybe you
need a new driver.

I would uninstall the software that came with the MP3 Player and all the
drivers first. Then check the manufacturers website for any updated programs
or drivers they might have and install those. Had you installed any new
applications before it stopped working? Like say it worked Monday then you
installed 3 new programs and then it stopped working... or was it more like
it worked 1 minute and 20 minutes later it don't work?
