Can send but not receive email.

I did find a "fix" through the Assistant for this problem, but it did not
work. I can send email. All of the tests work. I double checked my SMTP and
POP3 information as well as passwords. I STILL can't receive email. (I am
using Outlook 2003)

The error message I receive is:

Task 'Dina - Receiving' reported error (0x800CCC92) : 'Your e-mail server
rejected your login. Verify your user name and password in your account
properties. Under Tools, click E-mail accounts. The server responded: -ERR
invalid usercode or password, please try again'

Anyone have a suggestion for how to fix this problem? Thanks!
 
Check your accounts settings (unsername and password) and check with your
provider as to what is required (format of username, SSL ... ). You might
require an SSL login.
