Can see the local network, but can't see the internet??

In a office there is 4 computers XP-Pro, all there applications work and
they can see each other, but this one workstation can't see the internet.
Ipconfig shows the dsn server, gatway and everthig is there.

Do you use static IP or DHCP?
Tell me about your router. What kind is it and do you have natting turned on.

I would like to know the following information.

1 When did you the problem first occur?
2 How do you connect these computer to Internet?
3 Do these 4 computers use static IP or dynamic IP?
4 Do these computers use same DNS, gateway, and masks?
5 Can you ping www.msn.com from this client?
6 What is the detailed error message you get when you try to access
Internet?
