Can see it in Print Preview, but does not print text

I used a template to create a word document. You can see the whole formated
document with section headings (Outlined with box),picture, and three
bullets. When you print only the box for the section headings prints and
bullets print out

In Tools/OPtions/Print is the checkbox to also print Drawing Objects activated?
If not, click it, then try printing again.
