Can receive emails

I was receiving emails,then it stopped. Here is the error message...

The connection to the server has failed. Account 'Mike Coghlan',
Server:'pop.zoomtown.com', Protocol: POP3, Port:995, secure(SSL): Yes, Socket
Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

I amvery frustrated, I can send emails with no problem.
