I am more familar with the 2003 version and am only learning to use the 2007
version. There was something called quick text on the 2003 version when if i
typed in a word it would be avaliable in later documents, at the moment this
would be handy to have again as i am doing a lot of repetitive words.

Thanks for the help

There were autotext and autocorrect in 2003, both of which provided a means
of storing blocks of text etc for ease of re-insertion, and both are
available in Word 2007, though autotext no longer has autocomplete. You will
find autotext under insert > quickparts > building blocks. Autocorrect is
under Word Options > Proofing
