Can PowerPoint slides have a random order?

Hello All - I am wondering if anyone has successfully made a PowerPoint in
which the slides come up in a random order, that is different each time the
slide show is viewed. If slides can be set to come up in a random order, I
can easily use PowerPoint as a way to make flash cards for students to quiz
themselves on.
Thanks!

That's great. I just downloaded the Random Slide Show add-in, and it is very
nice. Note that both of these solutions (Tushar's and mine) use VBA so they
both require the full version of PowerPoint (not just the viewer), and they
both require macro security to be set appropriately to run macros. Also,
since Tushar's solution is an add-in, it must be installed (installation is
really easy) on every computer for which you plan to use it, but after that
it can be applied to any slide show.

My file has an option for keeping score in one of the examples, and allows
you to create a pool of items and pick a subset.

Between my examples and Tushar's add-in, you should have what you need. If
you don't, let us know, and maybe we'll come up with something else for you.
