Can Picture PopUp Be Modified?

When I insert a memory card from my camera into my card reader this
screen pops up http://tinyurl.com/pme7e.

None of the options presented are useful to me but if I could enter an
option that copied the picture files to a folder of my choice it could
be made useful. So, can the options presented in this screen be
modified? Adding instructions and removing others?

That window or a Windows Explorer window comes up when you insert a
recordable CD/DVD.

As far as I know, you can't add options to it in the way you can to the
"Send to..." option.
