Can OWA be default mail client?

I have offsite staff who only use OWA - can it be set a be a default mail
client. I would like them to be able to send a remote assistance invitation.

OWA is not a client, per se. It's simply a package of HTML and scripts that
allow you a view into your Exchange mailbox, no different in many regards
than any other webmail "client" (i.e., they're all the same web browser).
In order to send a remote assistance invitation, you need a real mail
client.
