can outlook start automatically when the computer is turned on

when I first turn on my computer is it possible to set when the computer is
booting up outlook to start automatically or do I have to use the shortcut on
my desktop ?

Put a shortcut to outlook.exe in your Startup folder (Start -> Startup).
