I am having a problem viewing certain web pages. It comes
up "page can not be displayed" Now on my other system it
has no problem. I checked all the internet options and
the only thing that seems to be different is some of the
fixes. The version is 6.02800.1106 xpsp2 but the fixes
that don't appear that are on the computer that is
working is Q324929, Q810847, Q813951, Q813489. When I try
to install these files it tells me Service Pack 1 needs
to be installed. How can I fix this problem or do I have
to re-install Internet Explorer, and if so how do I do
that. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks Kyle

That means you have installed a later cumulative patch that includes them.
MS still hasn't fixed that message.

Check for a file named HOSTS with no extension (not Hosts.sam). It may be a
hidden file. Open it with Notepad and remove any line referencing the site.
Or, rename HOSTS to OLDHOSTS
