Can not send a link

When I try to send a link: edit/send link by e-mail, I get
a message "either there is no default mail client or the
current mail client can not fulfull the message request....
I am using windows 98 and I.E.6.0 with outlook express as
my default.

What do you show under Control Panel->Internet Options->Programs as the
default mail client?

If those groups aren't carried on the news server that's carrying this group
try using msnews.microsoft.com (MS's public news server that's the source
for all the microsoft.public newsgroups). The links under the newsgroup
references are for use with MS's web newsreader (not exactly the best way to
post but it works for some people)

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
