can not see pictures downloaded from web

I can not see pictures downloaded from web in my computer.

When I'm trying to save I've got just 2 option in format
box: (.art & .bmp), And if pictures are in other format
or the same, it will save them ok means if it's (.jpg) it
would be (*.jpg) when it is saved in my computer.

Isn't it strange.
