Hello,

Has anyone come across a problem in Outlook 2003 11.6359.6360 SP1 where you
can not right click items and get the quick menu items? So for example, if
I right click a mail message nothing comes up, versus the reply, mark as
read, etc items.

Thanks Much

Lots of people are reporting it, but we don't have a fix yet.

Are you using a script blocker?

I was afraid that was the answer.

No. I do not have a script blocker. I think the only funky things I have
done is that I used the "Save My Settings" Wizard, I have Map Point
installed, which has a plug-in but is currently not active, and Symantec
Anti-Virus, which has a plug-in. If their is anything I can do to help
troubleshoot, please let me know.

Unless SAV has some kind of script blocking functionality....

Has anything new been discovered with this yet? I have a user that has been
able to right click up until yesterday. Now she can't right click a message
to get a menu, nor can she open attachments directly from her e-mail today. I
have done a repair on outlook and then did a complete re-install and no luck
Any reason why it would just stop working?

Also, this is the only place for me to report this....but I can't post a new
message or reply to a message from the main dicussion page. It appears that
the toolbar is not working. I also can't see the messages in the preview
pane. I have to double click a message to open it, read it, and reply to it.

Yep, I have the same problem...right click brought up a very pretty but
useless red line. I posted this before but then went away for a month (came
back and it was gone) so if you have an answer I would be very interested.
