can not recieve email

I have an existing Prodigy account that has worked fine on a 98 machine
for years. Still does on this machine.

Got a new machine and set up email (Outlook). Tests OK but can not
receive email. Can send.

Go to a separate machine, can set up another Prodigy account just fine.
But same symptoms on errant account - sends OK, but no receive. Using
Netscape - says "No messages on server"

Go through Prodigy web mail access and, yep there it is, just fine so
username and password must be fine.

This is driving me totally and completly nuts.

What type of account? What version of Outlook? Have you asked Prodigy if
your server values are correct? Have you applied all current service packs
to Outlook?
