I can not download emails from my personal email accout into Outlook 2002,
but I can see them through my ISP's web email browser. I know that the
account settings are correct, I receive no error messages after an attempt to
download. I have all firewalls turned off (including the Windows Firewall),
all virus protection, and spam filtering turned off as well. I am also
having ther same problem with my business email account, which is an entirely
different POP3 email server from my personal account, so I believe it is not
a POP3 issue. Can anyone help?
