How do I run dectect? Does it run from Outlook? Since
outlook shuts down right after it's opened, I can't
access any outlook functions.

thanks,

Wiping out and reinstalling does nothing 99% of the
time. Try running
Detect and Repair first.

| For some strange reason, I get an error message "an
error

| everytime I open outlook. It just started to happen out

| I was wondering if there is anyway to trouble shoot
| besides wipe out outlook and reinstall it.

One way: Control Panel>Add/Remove Programs. Select Microsoft Office (or
Microsoft Outlook, if it was installed separately). Click Change. Select
"Reinstall or Repair".

Derek,
I think it also works from other components of the office, i.e., Word.
Under Help, Detect and Repair - I think it fixes all office components, but
others might correct me on this. Note that it might ask for the orig. CD,
so have it ready. Diana
