Can not move or delete message

I have ONE singular message that my WIndows Mail can not display nor can it
move or delete it.
Up until today I have NOT had this isue, even with Norton Internet Security
Software. It just occued today after Norton updated today.
Now, I hate to say it but Microsoft needs to get this issue resolved with
compatability issues. I did NOT like Vista at first but found that I liked it
but now, with this Mail issue that seems to be cropping up, I am beginning to
think I should go BACK to XP on this NEW computer.
So, how do I go and fix this issue WITHOUT deleting a program. I am NOT
going to get rid of NORTON INTERNET SECURITY just because of this mail issue,
so please give me another way of correcting this issue.

You're trying to put the cart in front of the horse. It is up to Norton
to produce an antivirus program that is fully Vista compatible. Other
antivirus vendors have managed to do so. Norton has a reputation
for issuing updates that cause bad screw-up's, like this recent one:
