Can not install Logitech Webcam

I am trying to install a Logitech Webcam in my laptop.
Every time I try to install it, there is a message saying that the last
aplicative I used requested to restart the computer. It kicks me out
requesting to restart it, mas I just restarted. Therefore I can not enter the
installation wizard.
I don't know what elso to do.
I tried to install it in another computer and it worked ok, so the web cam
software and hardware are good.
Does anyone had a similar problem ????

Check your event log to see if there is any more detail (like what the last
application was.)
 
Where do I check the event log ??
