We just upgraded our version of Outlook 2000 to Outlook 2002 on our Windows
2000 terminal server.
Previously, with the Outlook 2000 client installed, users could directly
email a Word document to a recipient with no problems using the File->Send
To->Mail Recipient option in Word. (The File->Send To->Mail Recipient (as
attachment) option still works however.)
Now with Outlook 2002 installed, I get the following error when trying to do
this...
"Word could not load the email envelope. This could be caused by a network
connection problem or a problem with your Office installation"
I suspect the latter - an installation problem with the new Outlook 2002
client.
Does anyone have any ideas what I should be looking for to correct this
problem?
Thanks,
Brad
