Can Not Download Photos From Web

Hello. I can't download photos that are part of articles
on-line. In how-to articles the pictures are often
crucial. I get a completely blank area or X's where
pictures should be. I use XP Home Edition and AOL. They
couldn't offer an answer but directed me to contact
Microsoft re: the above. Please help and be precise, I'm
not a technically oriented person. Thank you for your
attention and guidance. Allen.

This is an AOL problem. When you log onto AOL, try launching Internet
Exporer itself and use it, if you can.
