After talking with my network service provider (Road Runner) I was told that
my "win" files (I think that's what he called them?) were missing or corrupt.
We ran the "winver" and found out that I have service pack 1 on my machine.
He said to get in touch with Microsoft or a Technician to rapair the problem.
But - my question is... is there anything I can download to a CD and install
on my home machine from the microsoft site? Any help would be very, very
much appreciated!
