Can Not Browse My Computer

When I open Windows Explorer, I can not expand the 'C' drive to display files
and folders. I am also unable to save or open files in My Documents.

I can restore functionality by using System Restore. However, the problem
recurrs within 24 hours.

MS Defender & McAfee AV are installed, updated, & active on this computer.

What happens if you remove the BETA ware ie ms defender?
